Carol loves people and has natural business acumen. Her experience as a PA as well as running a sales team make her an ideal addition to any business. Her PA experience gives her the added advantage of being exceptional at time management, communication, organisation, coordinating projects as well as being a natural problem solver. She works well as part of a team and works with you to gain the best results.
Carol’s experience includes working for CEO’s and Directors over her 40-year career and she achieved P.A. of the year in 1989.
As a sales manager for a nutrition company, she won awards, holidays and additional bonuses due to her ability to exceed sales targets every month.
Carol worked for the Director of Operations as Executive PA for 14 years before founding ExecProVA Virtual Assistant Services Ltd. Her knowledge of working in the finance industry as well as a strong sales background prior to that makes her the ideal person to help and support any company’s needs.
Carol is fully aware saving money is important to SME’s as well as increasing sales and business growth – these are paramount for any business owner. The creation of ExecProVA Virtual Assistant Service was initially formed to help IFA’s and Coaches who desperately needed Admin and Sales support. Since the company was founded, purely by word of mouth, she’s supporting Restaurants, Web Designers, Motivational Speakers, and Building and Property companies. Carol is currently training more Virtual Assistants to join the growing team.

Hi! I’m Chantelle – I am 27 and based in Weston-super-Mare and I work from home due to a long term health condition. I first started Virtual PA work in October 2019 after 5 years of working for the NHS and also helping my Husband to run his Community Interest Company. I have a lot of experience in general Administration, Audio Typing, Social Media Management, Telephone Calls, and I have most recently completed a Bookkeeping course. I have Level 2 AAT qualification in Accounting. I am very much a people person and like to have open communication with my clients, I am friendly and bubbly and most of all enjoy my work!
