Carol specialises in helping neurodivergent individuals get work done and reach their goals. She understands that staying focused can be difficult. If you are a neurodivergent business owner you may find that you work in a slightly different way to others. 
Carol understands that sometimes it’s as simple as just needing someone to sit with you remotely while you work to share ideas and is more than happy to work with you in whatever way helps you best.

Hi, I’m Carol  
After 14 years working for a well-known financial company, I decided to start my own VA business. I know the strain of trying to do everything yourself, and as a naturally caring person my passion is helping others. I love helping people achieve their business goals while doing what I love and do best. 
Over the past three decades, I've provided EA support for all kinds of busy people in all kinds of demanding positions. My support has helped them to find more time in each day, relieve some of the stress that comes from overwhelming workloads, and save money by improving efficiency. I'm a natural organiser, who takes pride in a job well done. I am known for my 'can do' attitude.

Sam - Exec Assistant / Copywriter 

Hi, I’m Sam and I live in Tonbridge, Kent with my husband Ben and our 2 moggies, Leela and Fry. 
After 20 years as an EA in London, I embarked on a new adventure as a VA in 2019. As my business grew, so did my love of writing, communication and being creative. My business evolved and after training & working with a couple of fantastic copy coaches and mentors, I became a copywriter and researcher. 
I help business owners straighten out messy ideas in their head by writing impactful, persuasive copy that resonates with their ideal client. I’ve always been interested in people and what makes us tick, and especially like to help people who find it difficult to be heard above the noisy digital chatter. 
A detail-orientated person, I love the challenge of unravelling large amounts of information into concise, easy to digest information. My city days had me managing large, complex diaries and inboxes as well as being the communication glue between depts. I have in-depth research skills and continue to lend my EA & VA skills as a member of the thriving and collaborative VA community.

Hi, I’m Lou. I have over 25 years of customer service and administration experience, and I had my initial telephone training with British Telecom. I spent most of my career working in the insurance industry then recently stepped across into the property sector. 
I have stacks of experience as a PA and recently supported two property managers in the day-to-day running of around 40 developments across the Midlands and Cotswolds.

 Faye - Social Media 

Hi! I’m Faye. I live in Birmingham with my partner and two beautiful children. I studied law until I started a family. I manage ExecProVA’s social media and our clients are over the moon with their business growth thanks to their elevated social media presence. I’ve always been super-efficient and love social media and getting creative on Canva, so this is the best of all worlds. 
Planning is my other great strength, which comes in handy when juggling family life and a part-time job. I take pride in being part of Carol’s thriving business and relish helping others build their ventures, too.

Copywriting and blogging

 Libby - Copywriter/ Blogger 

Hi, I’m Libby! I live just outside of Bristol with my family and three dogs. 
I’m so excited to join Carol’s team as a Copywriter and Blogger for ExecProVA. After completing my BA and MA in English Literature, I quickly realised that copywriting was the path I wanted to go down. 
Copywriting is ideal for me not only because it suits my skillset but because I enjoy it too. I’m drawn to the varied nature of copywriting and love the challenge of adapting my writing style based on the client and context. I also love creating content for social media and all aspects of digital marketing!

 Hazel - Executive Assistant 

Hi, I'm Hazel, I adapt well to new work environments and role requirements; I understand what skills I need to utilise and where I can add value to the business and team I work with. I excelled in the daily challenges of property management, having demonstrated strong problem-solving capabilities with an ability to prioritise the more complex demands of my Clients. I communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals in writing, by telephone or in person. I regularly attend meetings, taking minutes and action points as required. I have a keen eye for detail as well as having good numerical affinity and regularly produce management information reports for clients. 
The wide variety of experience in the workplace I have amassed includes seventeen years in a variety of business settings; support positions in further education colleges, serving as a Police Officer, and administrative roles in the Civil Service. Over the last eleven years I have worked solely in Property Management, the last eight years have been in Block Management. The aggregation of experience has assisted me greatly in becoming well organised, flexible and well developed with a multitude of transferable skills.
